We ship by USPS, insured with return receipt.
We charge actual shipping costs plus the cost of the container/packing material. We do not charge a handling fee. If you need an estimate of shipping costs please contact us. We will combine shipping costs for multiple pieces ordered at the same time. For international shipping charges, please contact us. We usually ship within three days of payment clearance. We ship daily M-F. Special arrangements can be made, if needed.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds given if not fully satisfied with purchase. Refund request must be made within 7 days of receipt, thereafter all sales are final. Return items must be in same condition as when shipped and should be returned in the original packaging by USPS, insured. Restocking fee is 20%. Special orders for items not in stock and estate signed etchings are not returnable.
